In 2020, co-founder Kirsty faced a life-changing health challenge. Recovery was not only physical, but deeply emotional. With the unwavering support of her family, friends, charities, and lifelong best friend Lynsey, she rebuilt her confidence — step by step.
That journey reshaped everything — and became the foundation of what Brush Strokes stands for today.

The name “Brush Strokes” holds deep meaning — inspired by Kirsty’s journey and the idea that small, consistent steps can create something powerful over time.
It reflects our belief that confidence isn’t about dramatic change, but about the small things you do every day to feel like yourself again.

Kirsty brings over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, while Lynsey has spent 17 years empowering others and building purpose-driven initiatives.
